Bridgeport Thrift sits on East Main Street, right on a main bus line, so getting here without a car is simple.

By bus (GBT)

Greater Bridgeport Transit Route 9 runs along East Main Street, connecting downtown Bridgeport with the Hawley Lane Mall area in Trumbull and running seven days a week. Get off right on East Main St — the stops at Noble Ave and at the I-95 overpass are the closest to the store, then it is a short walk. Also note that other GBT routes serve the East Main Street corridor, so check the GBT Bus Tracker for real-time arrivals and the stop nearest you.

By train (Metro-North)

Take Metro-North to the Bridgeport Transportation Center at 710 Water Street. From there, GBT buses run to East Main Street, or it is a short rideshare or taxi ride to the store.
